Since moving to North Devon I've struggled to find a hairdresser that can cut my fine, curly /wavy hair and for the last year it's been flat and boring. I thought i really had lost my curl! I found out about Tori via a Google search and am so happy i booked an appointment. The salon is really lovely and Tori is very friendly and best of all, i now have my curls back : Tori recommended products to me which I'm getting on with really well and my hair routine is very low maintenance which is really important to me. I recently visited the Hair lounge for a curly consultant and cut. Tori was brilliant. Talked me through every step. She was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere at the salon was relaxed. Tori paid attention to every detail and I felt totally relaxed in a lovely calm environment. I love my hair, and it’s the best it’s been cut/ curled and dyed. Tori had a lot to sort out with my hair and I can’t believe how much better it feels and looks. Highly recommend.  All the stops are put out, including a back massage chair while having your hair washed. OMG OMG OMG!! Had my first curl by curl cut and colour with the amazing Tori today and am absolutely blown away.  Tori is utterly brilliant  I have hated my hair my whole life and have had so many disastrous hair cuts from hairdressers who have had no idea how to cut curly hair and have hacked away at my hair leaving me feeling and looking dreadful. I really didn't even know my curls could look the way Tori made them look today. After so many years of disasters, I was so nervous and Tori went out of her way to talk through everything,  to understand what I wanted and explain how to manage my hair so that I can recreate what she did at home well, sort of with my skills!. Tori was amazingly kind and patient and for the first time ever I had a lovely time at the hairdressers. I cannot thank Tori enough for what she did for me. Tori you are amazing - thank you so so much. Unfortunately for you, that does mean you are stuck with me for life - sorry about that!  I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Tori to anyone with curls who is in need of a  hairdresser who knows what they are doing when it comes to curls. Update - it's so amazing to finally have a hairdresser I can completely trust. Thankyou Tori.  I used to hate having my hair cut, now thanks to Tori I love it! I wish I had discovered the Hair Lounge earlier. My hair is in great condition and the curl by curl cut means it never goes a funny shape.
