Having booked online several weeks ago for a blow dry ahead of a Christmas works party on a Friday night , they calmly rang me to say the appointment had been doubled booked and they needed me to change my time, which I couldn't do as I was on a time frame to get hair done and be ready for said party. And while they offered an alternative time I couldn't make it was disappointing that they had doubled booked me, but there was no apology when I had to cancel.Service: Blowouts
Had manicure and pedicure done. Girl was lovely and friendly considering I was 20 minutes late for my appointment having got stuck in Xmas tea time traffic. She still did my nails however they all chipped and flaked away on my hands within 7 days. Had them redone elsewhere.
My daughter had her hair curled here for a wedding and styled. It was just okay and nothing special. I think they were very rushed and busy on the day. The curls were not curls and we just weren’t keen on the parting in the middle. The plait at the back was pretty but the front just didn’t suit her.
I have been a regular customer at The Hair Gallery for nine months. What a find this salon is. Which ever stylist cut, colours and styles my hair the result is always the same, Excellent! Thank you Hair Gallery.
Went here to get my nails done. The girl who done them was lovely. She was polite and chatty. Would definitely recommend this place.
