A great place to workout. Clean, well maintained equipment. With friendly staff always happy to help out where needed. Also personal training available if required. I personally had BK as a personal trainer. A very knowledgeable guy who showed me new and better ways of doing things. And it pushed me on to do more than I expected
Great facility, cable machines good, matrix not the best machines, the gym is spotless though. Would definitely train here.. could do we more classes.
An excellent amenity and asset to the Ashby area. I go usually once a week then get a Chicken Caesar afterwards as my own little happy ritual. Definitely would recommend giving it a go!
This is the best gym I have been a member of. It is big with enough equipment so you are not waiting around. Everything is clean and tidy and the staff are so friendly and approachable. It is open 24 hours and feels safe whatever time I have been. I wouldn’t use anywhere else in town.
This gym is the most inclusive and friendly place, the staff are friendly and always at hand to help and support you! It’s such a positive experience! Today I asked for some help as learning to develop my strength training for marathon running, had so much support and advice! Would advise anyone who wants to get fit to join this gym, it’s awesome
