I have always enjoyed my experience at The Gym Group. The staff are friendly and helpful. My experience has just improved through working with Ben as a personal trainer. He has shown me how I can accomplish a better result and boosted my confidence with his gentle yet carefully, knowledgeable and thoughtful encouragement. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone who is interested in improving their skills.
Good price/quality. I have been training here for 4 months now and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, Ben my PT is great fun but strict with workout, achieving results I would never have got by myself. Thanks Ben.. the lady who talks no stop on Monday morning

Best gym, as a woman I feel secured, no one stares at you and everyone is ready to assist, Fantastic staff, PT Ben creates a great environment for anyone wanting to change their lifestyle and all trainers are welcoming. The 45 mins classes are great for anyone who can't afford a PT. Very clean place. No sweat smell or queues for equipment
