Love this gym! Super affordable and has all the equipment I need. Trouble is there is a group of guys who tend to move equipment and leave it in areas they don't belong, right in the way of other people. The gym is so cheap because we rely on eachother to put equipment back instead of having on floor support.nnWish all gym members were as respectful as the majority of us!
Just a standard commercial gym really, men’s toilets smelt really bad of urine, like the worst I’ve ever smelt it in a public toilet. Not much of an atmosphere so if you prefer that I’d look elsewhere. Bit of an odd location also, loads of litter and empty McDonald’s scattered outside
Train at both Central and Sixfields . Great gym, friendly ... staff are super friendly and helpful . The new instructor at Central , Courtney is amazing , friendly and enthusiastic in what she does .. gave me the confidence to attend my first ever fit pump classn recommend
Best gym in Northampton all staff are extremely friendly and also on hand to offer support it’s always clean and tidy the classes are not just physically but mentally challenging Pawel the hyrox coach puts you though your paces in his hyrox and hybrid classes it’s excellent value for money the mangerment team go above and beyond to ensure the gym is always to a high standard would highly recommend ‍↔
