Can’t thank all the staff at The Gym group enough for the constant support, coaching , enthusiasm and encouragement they’ve given me on my marathon training journey. They took an unfit overweight grandmother of 5 and turned me into a fit strong marathon runner in under a year. I couldn’t have done it without them! Leg and core strength has been keen to my success, I only ran one long run a week and did 3 gym sessions/classes a week. Hyrox is my next challenge, together with The gym group I know I’ll succeed!
Moved from JD to The Gym because of the 3 month discount offer. Although The Gym is cheap, would not recommend it because compared to JD you have less equipment and the equipment is old and fidgety with seats wobbling around. The weights are old, overall lacks aesthetic appeal.
Been coming to this gym for around 2 years now and it is brilliant. From the rock bottom prices to the facilities, cleanliness, it really does have it all.nnThe staff are amazing and always professional, courteous and actually know what they are talking about. I'd like to thank John manager for his unwavering consistency in taking care of every single person in the gym. It hasn't gone unnoticed also helping me whilst having difficulties with progression and even my personal issues. They really go above and beyond.

Been coming to this gym for almost 2 years now and hands down the best one I've gone to. The place is always clean and weights are put back in order so it's easy to find what I need. The people working here are so helpful and are always free to advice you if you need help with an exercise or are looking for a change. Since taking this more seriously John always checks up on my progress and gives tips and tricks on how I can possibly improve or change my routine to further improve. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to start their gym
