The gym is decent for the price, however ive not been able to use the rowing machine as they are both out of order. Its about time they were fixed. Also, the app is nowhere near as good as pure gyms.
Pleasantly surprised by how good this place is. Regularly cleaned, reasonable price and the equipment is kept pretty well maintained plus new stuff added which is unusual for a budget gym. Staff are also very friendly and helpful when approached.
A good gym with variety of equipment which is well maintained and clean. Have a good range of classes for all. Staff are always approachable and welcoming and is a good gym all round. Shoutout to Faiz, Haroon, Ewin but all the guys are great!!
Really disappointed with my experience at The Gym Group Kings Heath.nnLast week I went to this gym and asked the general manager about the parking machine being out of order and whether I needed to register my plate. Instead of helping, he spoke to me very rudely and made me feel like I was bothering him in front of other staff too.nnI’ve been a member for years, and this completely ruined my workout and my day. No one should feel uncomfortable just for asking a simple question.nnVery poor customer service. Hope management looks into this.
I really rate this gymn. It’s brilliant value, and the classes are amazing. There are so many to choose from and they are on so regularly throughout the day, they are perfect for somebody with a varying working schedule.
