The gym is nice and spacious, but some of the exercise machines are different models from other gyms like the one in Colliers Wood- London Gym but ok to use. One just needs to adapt to the difference. This is a large gym offering a variety of exercise options. Please see photos for a better understanding.
Fantastic gym has everything you need. There is no judgement makes you feel comfortable.nI have Michael as a PT 3 days a week he is brilliant has really built my confidence back up. Thank you The gym group
Been going to this gym since it first opened and absolutely love it. So much equipment to use and it's always well kept and clean by the staff. My PT James is amazing and always pushes me to work towards the goals we have set in my fitness plan he's also very accommodating of my heart condition and knows when I'm at my limit. His classes and energy around the gym are just as good ̈
This is an amazing gym, very clean and the staff are friendly. Michael is a great PT and is always cleaning and teaching great classes! He’s the most handsome PT I’ve seen.
I was really skeptical about joining a gym.nI’ve joined 6 gyms before and either not attended any of them or only tried the once and never returned.nSince being at the Gym Group in Basildon I have been fully converted to loving this gym!nThis has been mostly down to my fantastic PT James Lock who has made my experience and still continues to make my experience at the gym so thoroughly enjoyable. He has helped me so much in gaining my confidence in a gym, he gives me the information I need to progress with my weight loss journey and helps me to improve my overall strength.nI would also like to add that the excellent PT’s Lottie, Jason and Mike, who are also so very approachable and friendly which makes the experience in the gym a lovely place to be.
