When I have been taken seriously the help and advice given has been affective, and if not alternative advice which has worked has been given, however there appears to be a real issue with booking appointments, I am a young adult who takes the bus everyday the allocated appointment booking times are the times that I am on the bus and therefore I cannot book appointments, the e consult system has not worked when I have tried to use it to book an appointment and upon going to the actual practice I have been told to book an appointment during the time I am on the bus this is not possible. I have found that when adults call they are taken more seriously and not put through this never ending cycle - the booking system should be better and then I would give this practice a much better review. The system currently in place does not consider a large section of the island community and therefore there could be people who slip under the radar with serious health issues due to the fact that the system is ineffective.
This practice is in need of help between trying to get appointments and constant issues around getting prescriptions I am supporting someone who has a serious health condition and were left without important medication over a full weekend not good enough .has a apology from the gp only for it to happen again in fact 3 times different medication . We don’t want apologies we want a service that works and when I mention that we don’t want to see a certain gp then we mean it we dont need patronised this practice is not efficient in anyway where patients are concerned .
Could do better it's an extremely old building not warm at all should be DEMOLISHED including the Mental Health team department with those 2 Oxy Moron's that work there in their tiny miniscule office
Doctor's surgery, looking a little tired. In the waiting areas but you can get an appointment with a doctor
Managed to see a GP.
