Great choices, good variety and busy yet spacious. Loved the panoramic views of the city skyline from the parking lot.

Well all the lifts they have in the centre. Only one out of every three was working.i parked my car in a 10 minute spot.it took me 15 minutes to get onto center from parking in the multi storey car park. At this time of the year all the lifts should be maintained and kept working I ended up walking down the stairs. Not good at all.thats why I go to Weston favell.

Nice place to shop, people of all ages welcome. Variety of clothing, shoe shops and cafés. Clean but sometimes toilets have no paper or are out of order.

A lovely Shopping Centre with a great variety of shops, the only thing that lets it down is, Lifts and escalators not being in full service, toilet facilities need addressing, seeing more staff especially cleaners on the mall for the busiest days.

The only good thing about the shopping centre is the Christmas decorations, Northampton is rubbish for shopping and the sad fact it won't change unless someone listens to local people who have had enough of the empty shops we want more retail.nNo more cheap food takeaways
