Much better than it used to be. A variety of independent shops, as well as the usual branded ones. Has practical open central atrium space with a useful cafe. Good easy connection with the adjoining car park, which until recently was free at week ends. Easy exits to the main town square as well as the pedestrian  shopping zones. Keep the car parka free.

It's been over 16 years since I last visited, but it, like the rest of Northampton town centre, looks a little disheveled. Still, it's far superior to the other, much smaller mall which has certainly seen better days. There's a reasonable selection of shops here, along with a few eating establishments. Unless I was here while trying to kill time, I'd certainly prefer to visit Milton Keynes.

The Grosvenor Centre is a great place to go for any shops. This way, you don't have to go from one place to another in your car. Also, their car park is a great place to park in as there are always places to park. However, there are always so many people there and it's really easy to get lost or not find a shop! Other than that, its a amazing place to go to.

So disappointed. The town centre is dated. If river island, office, the upgrade of primark and next wasn't here, would never come here. When I go to a town centre I like to feel alive, and enjoy it multi cultures, vibrant and history. Complete opposite

Very good selection of shops, local marketplace right outside, plenty of local amenities. Features a small Sainsbury's, not so great for a full grocery shop, but better than a local store.
