Berkeley customer service are an absolute joke. I had a slug infestation in my flat and they refused to do anything about it and would not allow me to escalate the issue. Very concerning. However the staff at concierge are always very kind and accommodating.
I recently moved in…nLovely Concierge team, special shout out to Mo, Jake & Safina, always nice to been greeted with a smiling face. Super helpful and friendly team - from deliveries, registration to booking the meeting and cinema room! Evening staff is friendly too
We had the most disappointing customer experience one could imagine. We made a deposit for a flat and after a couple of months we got a phone call from Berkeley sales manager saying that they are breaking the deal because of our nationality. Our family is shocked. Berkeley rejected to compensate the cost of solicitor services - more then 4k pounds which is a big hit for our family budget with a small kid. This is a disgusting and discriminatory company.
Highly recommend this place. The agents, Ahmad and Liam, went extra mile to explain everything about the place in great detail, complimentary drinks included :. In fact, I'm yet to find somebody doing their job that thoroughly, and it is clear they know their stuff and do it properly. Even the questions which usually leave other agents puzzled were answered instantly.nnThe Green Quarter development is truly magnificent, with well thought out landscaping. It looks more like an expensive resort than a regular residential development! It does not disappoint inside either - all the flats are extremely high spec, with German appliance, sanitary ware, rainfall showers and triple window glazing. We were viewing the flats during the heatwave, and despite the shut windows, the temperature inside was quite cool and comfortable. Oh, and for us the main selling point was high ceilings - it is very difficult to find a new build with 2.5m ceiling!nnCombine that with the station in close proximity and you'll quickly discover that very few places in London can actually match this one!
Issue with hot water , Issue with car park entrance , rude security personnel, security are just like mannequins. That's what made me buy the property but not upto standard. Planning to leave soon. So do your intence research before purchasing . Speak to residents don't just take my word for it , 70% will say the same.
