Perfect for a wheelchair user like me and my friend. Lovely, friendly service and the food came way quicker than expected. Clean, spacious, great choice of meals and drink on the menu. Decent prices. My friends' kids loved the Play Zone. Definitely would visit again if we come back to Birmingham.
Breakfast for 7 people. Staff welcoming and friendly nothing is to much trouble. Shelby who served us was amazing! Very delicious breakfast.Food: 5/5
Food wasn't good, ordered a cocktail and the man had to read how to make it but was awful. Dried and rotten cucumber and my 9 year daughter ordered a pasta dish and it was just about enough to feed a 4 year old Kid-friendliness: The wacky warehouse was fab and lady that worked in there was fab
Absolutely awful. After having booked a table as stayed in the Premier Inn we waited ages to be seated. Tables dirty and seats stained with marks!! Husband waited ages to be served at the bar, was completely ignored barman could see him waiting but chose to just serve others that had just come in. Staff were gormless so uninterested in the job. Food nothing special. A very much rough and ready pub!! Needs shutting down. A coloured guy we'll we thought was a customer helping out. No uniform to say he even worked there.. Breakfast was just as bad, cold plates and food been sat there under the heater /lamps disgraceful. Cold scrambled egg, bacon mushrooms god knows how long they had been there for!! and complete waste of money. Didn't bother eating here again and went out elsewhere to eat which was much more inviting.. and better value for money. As stated previously in feedback your OK if your a local because they get 1st priority. Poor service from some member's.
My first time being in this pub & the inside is really nice, the vibe was calm & relaxing. Toilets are great, not all pubs have great toilets. But the drinks are reasonably priced & unfortunately I didn't order any food but I'm coming back to try some food.Service: 5/5
We had my sister and brother’s 60th birthday meal there Sunday Feb 5th , there were about 30 of us all together. We were advised by Debbie that we could not have a table together however will try to sit us together, however, they did so much more than that they section of a small area for us which was wonderful. The food was lovely. The staff were amazing could not fault it anyway. Two weeks later, some of my family members got a parking ticket as we forgot to put a car registration number in. I spoke to Debbie the manager and she was wonderful. She dealt with it for us couldn’t thank her enough . Debbie went above and beyond for us - thank you - Kelly Kid-friendliness: Great wacky for children , clean and tidy . Parking: As above , Remember to put your car registration number in .
Staff really unhelpful and rude ignored me and my partner for 10 minutes whilst waiting for a table so we decided to find our own, the staff where sat down just talking could clearly see us. And helped everyone else as soon as we sat down. Food was absolutely awful I had to go to the bathroom to be sick. Feel very ill from it. None came and checked if it was okay food took 45 mins and was stone cold. And the taste was appalling would avoid with all costs. Staff need to be trained on how to provide good serves
Wonderful visit! Took our boys to the play area, Nothing was too much trouble for Alison. Play Area was perfect, nice clean and spacious. The manager Debbie was extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit! Thank you BF.Food: 5/5
We usually go to a brewers fayre near where we live and it is lovely. As we were visiting Birmingham a few weeks ago, decided to go to this one as it has a kids play area. It was an awful experience. Had to pay first before being seated at the table. The cooked food buffet was not on and they took orders at the table and took ages to serve. Kids play area was closed. Continental food and juices were not topped up. Coffee machine was not working. Juice was empty when we got there. It was filled up once and within few minutes was empty and not topped up again. Kids asked the waitress for juice at 1045 after waiting 20min for it to be topped up but she said breakfast is finished now and can't get anymore out. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 11am during weekends. Tables and carpets were sticky and musty. They probably knew we would leave within 5min of being seated and that was why we had to pay upfront.
Booked a table for 7 a week In advance, got there and the table had been taken so we was put on a 5 seater table in the corner of the room, went to order and was told the waiting time was 45 minutes. This was fine we was happy to wait. An hour and a half later we got the starters with the main. 3 people out of the 7 had cold rubbery food and 1 had a black hair in the food. We was to hungry to complain at this point, we did point out that there was a hair to the waitress and was told another 10 min wait. Doesn’t seem like a lot but when you’ve waited almost 2 hours for that food in the first place is a joke. The pub wasn’t exactly full or at maximum capacity, we had no service no one came to take the plates, ask if the food was okay. A drink was dropped at the table and was given a filthy cloth to clean it up our selves. We bought our own cake for my sons birthday to be bought out to sing happy birthday to him and was bought out 20 mins after we asked. I have never in my life left a bad review, but this was disgusting, the service and the food. The last few outs of my sons 6th birthday was ruined, because he sat for 2 hours almost starving.
