We ordered our wedding cake from Eloise.  She provided cake samples to us before we settled on our final choices, and she was very knowledgeable in helping us make our decision about what flavours and design to go with.  We and our guests loved the cake, and only wish we could have ordered more - there wasn't much left for us to take home!  The price was very reasonable and the service was stress free and highly efficient.  I would highly recommend The Gourmet Cake Company to anybody.  Melissa and Dave.

We booked the Gourmet Cupcake Company to make our wedding cake. We  wanted quite a unique design - a lego reveal cake! Having not seen them do the design before, this was a big risk, but the final product exceeded our expectations! It was amazing to look at but also tasted fantastic too!  Minor changes were needed on the day to ensure that the cake was presented well on the log cake stand that we had ordered. The lady delivering the cake did this for us without any trouble and this was much appreciated.

El was fantastic to work with and really understood my vision for my cake. It was beautiful and I can't thank her enough. We had a games themed/rustic wedding and El managed to get the balance just right, the cake was ever so slightly whimsical with the chess board on the top tier but with the piped flowers creeping up the sides and over the top, exactly as I had envisioned. And the flavours we chose were superb, the toffee went down a treat with the guests!! If I ever get the chance to throw another big event, I will definitely be going back to the Gourmet Cupcake Company for a delicious creation.

We hired Eloïse to make our wedding cake! And I was not dissapointed, the cake was amazing. Eloïse was so attentive to what we wanted and did more than we were planning. The service given by herself and the team was exceptional. As said before couldn't have been more happier. We were over the moon. The cake was moist and perfect inside out the taste was just from another planet. I would definitely reccomend The Gourmet Cake Company to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.

I've been on several courses at The Gourmet Cake Company. They are always very professional, fun and informative. I recently took a group of friends and they had a really good time. Doing these courses has given me the confidence to move on from cupcakes to two tier Christening cakes. Can't wait to do my next course.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here with Lindsey. A wonderful cake decorating party, highly recommend, kids thoroughly enjoyed, and came away with some amazing decorated cakes.

My partner and I have attended three courses red velvet cupcakes, vegan cake pops and cake baubles at the Gourmet Cake Company and every time we were made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the day. The staff are always friendly, professional and their level of knowledge and expertise is exceptional. We always have a great time and love taking our delicious creations home. We will 100% be booking to attend another course in the future!

We really enjoyed our private cupcake course. El did her very best to accommodate all our requests and discussed at length our options and preferences to tailor the course to our needs. We had a lovely day, learnt so much and really got the baking bug. El even threw in some freebies and everyone is super impressed with my cupcake skills now.

I have completed two courses at The Gourmet Cake Company now and have already booked the third. Both Eloise and Lindsay are really friendly, great at teaching and happy to answer any baking questions we have. The shop has a comfortable and welcoming vibe and it's a great space to learn in. Also, the shop is well stocked with baking supplies.
