It's near the Holiday Inn. Great place for a pint and meal. I had a fish and chips, the fish was huge. The prices are fair for London and away from the city center. It was my first pub experience in the UK, I liked the interior a lot. The beer was too light for my taste.
Good food & tasty drinks. Was sad they were out of their fish & chips, but the other food choices were tasty.
Lovely traditional pub. Really friendly bar staff and the fish and chips couldn't be faulted. We couldn't believe the price and we are from the North. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

I have just have a lunch here. Is a tipical English pub.i really enjoy my stay here and my lunch. I liked so much Breaded Mushrooms Very reccomended..i took steak and chips..the prices are honest and the food is good. I highly recommend this pub. I will surely come back again!!
Stopped in for a quick bite: pie and pint on Wednesdays is quite a good deal. Went with a regular beef pie and Guinness. Added spiral fries for 50 pence but is a small portion and would probably skip it next time. The total: 6.5 GBP and is definitely worthwhile for cheap eats! Hunter chicken pie; decent. Beef pie: an actual slice of a large pie and is good.
My time in the goose is always pleasant, with friendly and attentive staff. I have a good relationship with most of the staff, the younger members of the team as well as the more elderly ones. I particularly enjoy the karaoke nights. Overall pretty sick. If you're considering, definitely pop down for a goosey gander.
Ive been a regular been going there many years, and in the last few months really noticed the difference with the new management, particularly sarah who is team leader is amazing and sue assistant manager always attentive, overall love the pub and all the staff
Lovely pub. Live music and delicious food. Everything served by kind staff. Highly recommend!
