Nice homely place Exellent service and food , hottest pot of tea i think I've had just what you need on a wet and wind day .

Lovely old place on sea front. No lift though and we were on top floor

Did not stay in hotel only used bar/restaurant starter took 1 hour to come and main meal 1 and a half hour kids pizza isn't even a proper pizza served in a small baguette. Food only adequate and staff friendly. Service from the kitchen very poor. Time taken for food means I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We booked a meal that was good so decided yes definitely order a pudding Unfortunately we waited 30 minutes for dessert and gave up and asked for the bill. We had the dessert took of the bill as we hadn't had it. No apology or reason for the wait that was disappointing.

Quick and friendly service, good food, kids portions were also huge, the mac n cheese was the same size as the adult portion!

Staff friendly, clean and tidy, felt safe, fish and chips were ok, had better locally, will try lasagna next. Shipyard beer was a good drink.

The food was great quality and good portion sizes however with covid they only had a couple of chefs, so the service was very slow with food. The staff were very nice though and the menu choice was good.
