Went in the shop this morning and was asked by a non mask wearing assistant to wear a mask. When I said I was exempt she asked "Have you got your wee thingy" Eh? I told her I didn't need to show her anything and that she was discriminating. So I took my custom elsewhere. Not even worth a one star review. Disgraceful!

Took my granddaughter & bought charms for her nomination bracelet. My older granddaughter went to get charms & the girl wasn't nice at all & told her to take a brochure home to look at & wouldn't let her see their charms. I'm disgusted at this service. Some customer service training needed. Won't recommend
