During this difficult time it's not easy to meet up for a beer and for old men to gather together and set the world to rights with their social chat. It's outdoors. It does get cold! so chuck on some warm clothes if you intend to visit but the staff are just top notch and the Guiness is really nice.
Fantastic wee pub! Staff doing a brilliant job in these strange times. Claire at the door and explaining all the new rules was fab.
Nice soup, unfortunately bacon steak and mash not so good, mash lumpy and tsstless, sauce thick with leeks that were soggy not sautéed as expected and served with stale bread.
Warm, friendly and lovely.
Consider the covid regulations,this pub did everything very well.The meal was excellent.as was the service.
