Would give 1 star if possible started of ok but after a while receponists became rude and seemee unwilling to help pretty much got me to do alot of tests then told me i was no longer registered
The care and support from all the staff is amazing.nIt’s sometimes difficult to get past the receptionist, but if you explain it’s important and you need to be seen or contacted, they go out of their way to assist.nWouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have personally never seen my own GP! I asked , in writing, a while ago like maybe 2 years or longer to change to another GP in the practice no response or action taken. Now awaiting scan results they are through but not available as the GP is part time and therefore not able to read them. What about another GP reading them and giving us the results. Is it too much to expect an efficient service. I was told by surgery yesterday results not through when I know for a fact that they had acknowledged receipt of them.nAs an add on I did meet my GP when she saw my husband recently and she was impressive but not much use to Patients working Part time.nIf I appear rude , that is because I expect a better service.
Well done to all at The Glebe .nFrom the initial telephone call to reception to a consolation with a nurse and a doctor I could not have asked for a more professional service .nA very big THANK YOU !!
The best doctors I've had. I've had a few doctor surgeries in my time but this one and the patient's app make it the best. Yes you can use the app at any surgery but it just works so well and I can normally get to see a doctor at the time I want. I hardly ever get to see my own doctor though at the time I want as he's popular and always booked up weeks in advance. Thanks to the app though I can see another one. The surgery has helpful staff which aren't snooty like a lot of surgeries I've used before.
