Countryside pub to its best! What a gorgeous building! Tasty menu and excellent customer service!  We loved it! It's pet friendly, lots of lovely dogs, perfect after a long walk. The food was very tasty! I had venison steak...oh yeah please!  We highly recommend this place

Fantastic, staff, ambience, food and booze too. Saturday lunchtime meal was brilliant, Mum, Mark, myself and Emma went to celebrate Gav's life with us. We had a lovely time remembering what stupid things were done back in the 80's, with MG Migets and as family nutters. Unfortunately mum had an episode in the car park and the staff were wonderful then too. Thank you Kitty Kat and the lovely man as we left helping mum. We all appreciated it

Amazing restaurant!  They have lots of gluten-free options and everything is great.  I ordered the fish and chips, 100% gluten free and it was super tasty.  For dessert we ate the Sussex mess and it was also incredible. Hope to come back soon!

Lovely food, all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Very accommodating to adapting items on the menu. Fab chips. Great service by all staff. Will definitely return!

We came here on a Sunday lunch for a work / staff outting. We preordered beforehand since we arw a large group of 12. Anita the manager was very lovely and welcoming and didnt mind we adding a few more items on the day since we wanted to try other items we didnt preorder. Most of us had the pork belly with yorkshire pudding and it was amazing. Very fresh and well made. Definitely surprised on how much variety and fresh vegetables was on our plates and the portion sizes was very good. Some of our party were unable to finish it all off due to being too full. Want to thank the whole team as everyone was amazing. Will be back!

Friendly service in a charming old pub and delicious food. Had the pork belly Sunday roast, which was tender and accompanied by fresh vegetables and perfectly matched flavours.

Stopped here for lunch after day quad biking, foods was outstanding and reasonably priced . Although some 1 1/2 hours from home we will be going again.

A nice warm welcome with friendly staff and delicious food. Had squid for starter and the roast beef. Was very busy which for me is a good sign, would recommend it.

Just had a brilliant Sunday lunch at the George at Eartham. The food was fantastic and portions enormous. The choices were great and everyone enjoyed their choices. I would like to say that the service was also 5 star. The staff were brilliant and thoughtful. Well done to them all. Highly Recommended.
