Nice clean bar with good drinks but the queue at the bar is ridiculous and only one half of the bar ever seems to get served while the rest wait an eternity. Plus I don’t understand why the music is so loud... it’s a bar not a club...

Really good pub, nicely decorated. The layout has not changed much since it used to be know as 'Slug and lettuce'. Food is just a normal typical pub food, quite cheap, there is an option for 2 meals for £10 which is valid all the time (i think) that includes Hunters Chicken meal. Before 8pm there is a happy hour when you can get 2 cocktails for 1, cocktails are very good, but it can get very busy at that times, especially on Fridays. They also have got a few big screens to show football as well. I don't think there is a beer garden there in the back (they put a few tables in the front in the summer)

Decent place to eat and drink. Good selection too. Multiple sport channels on, not just the main event.

Had to wait 50 minutes for food at lunchtime when the place was pretty empty. When the food came out it was cold. 15 of us ate and only one liked their food. Weatherspoon's is way better and that is saying something!
