Fantastic - Really enjoyed tea and cake.

Outstanding hostess, outstanding location, calm and pretty. 
We were feeling like friends as we got advised of nice restaurants, addresses, promenade. We were even asked what our best time would be for breakfast! Our 10:30 choice was welcomed and I shall not mention how nice the breakfast was then... I would keep the surprise

Superb B & B, friendly, but not overpowering owner, Susan is very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and quality furnishings in the bedroom and guest lounge complimented the grand exterior.
Very quiet through the night with no road noise. Powerful shower in the en-suite and an excellent breakfast.
