Awful!!! Ordered a suite and was told in would be in within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks i called and was told it would arrive "soon" and when would i like it delivered? I said mid March. I called at the begiining of March to be told the sofa "was unfit for purpose" and wouldn't be delivered. I opted for another suite and eventually it arrived yesterday - minus the glass for the coffee table!!!!! I called the store and someone promised to call me back to say when it would arrive - no one did. I called this morning to be told "oh - i will send an e mail to get the galss made - you should have it in about 2 weeks!!! The sofa frame was damaged and one of the cushions was marked - extremely poor! Nearly 3 weeks later - still no glass - no phone call from them, no e mail. No offer to replace marked cushion or damaged chair - they take your money and then thats it! Worst furniture company ever!!!!!

Really quirky place, they have some really well designed garden furniture & features. I’ve popped in a few times and have always had a friendly welcome. They have a big showroom & lots on display. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something of good quality to highlight your garden/patio area.

Poor service. Searched for a parasol on the web nice photo of a teak framed one so ordered it. Took 2 weeks to be delivered even though it was in stock. Wouldn't give a time expect you to be in all day. Turned out I'd only ordered a parasol cover. The photo on a frame is to show its appearance assembled. You have to notice in the description on next web page that it's only the cover. CSR cheerfully said that other customers had made same error so how about a bold cation on photo on first web page saying "parasol only " They don't sell the frames any more and refused to collect cover so had to pay £12 to ship it back. These guys wont be seeing me again.

We purchased an outdoor furniture set at the Countrylife show in a marine type finish. Two glasses of wine helped with the transaction! It was agreed that delivery would be on the Tuesday following the event. I was a little worried as we knew nothing about the company so researched after the show, looked into the fabric and was relieved to find its a top quality commercial product. On the Tuesday everything was delivered efficiently by a friendly courier crew. The furniture is outstanding and we are very happy with it. We had a minor issue with a coffee table base which was quickly resolved. Overall the service has been great and we are very happy. Thanks Grant for all your help. Nick & Claire
