6 Stars. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I had a K-Pop Burger. Having travelled to all parts of Asia with work for many years I love and miss the food. This burger was full of excellent flavour, crispy chicken with really fresh salad that complimented the whole thing perfectly. Will be going back again and again. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Had the K-pop burger and a side of fries.  The burger's chicken patty was nicely coated and crunchy. The sauce on it was slightly too sweet for my liking and muted some of the chicken flavour, but overall it was still a good burger.  The fries on the other hand were over-salted which made it hard to eat without shaking off the excess salt. Even then they just decent fries. This might have just been a slight oversight by the kitchen.  The food is decent and I am willing to try more of their other stuff which all sound pretty exciting.

Delicious healthy and filling food. The fish tacos provide crunch and flavour and the ramen bowl which I had with salmon is heavenly. A perfect balance of flavours and textures. Crunchy bean sprouts soft noodles salad and tasty salmon. The magic egg is the perfect finish. You should eat this food.

So disappointed with here! Ordered the Fusion salad box and it looked and smelt great. However, as soon as I started to eat it I had to spit it out. The chicken had hard and jelly bits in it. I don't know if I was chewing cartilage?! The colour also looked off. Also very high in price here, such a waste of money and had to throw it all away.

I had the pork crack. Really good. Tender pork, crispy crackling, pickled veg. Brilliant. But it was served with an egg, which must have been cooked in a circulator and was most perfect thing I've eaten in a good while. Will definitely be back.

Great plates of food at very good price

Came here because I saw that they did Korean style chicken. They did not. Their chicken is not like that at all. They put Siracha on white cabbage not sure if they are trying to pass that off as kimchi but it did not taste nice. Chicken and chips with some chillies sprinkled on is not worth £8!

Prior to Saturday 17th of November I would have rated Fusion Lab 4. However, I have genuine concerns about some of the practices at this restaurant located in the Armadale. I ordered the Halloumi fries and Fish tacos. During my attempt to order, the man taking my order was more interested in a young lady who might have been a member of staff and I had to repeat my order a few times. I have health issues and need to be aware of all ingredients in whatever I eat. There are several ingredients not disclosed on the menu such as avocado - I was advised these items were garnish. When I attempted to discuss this with Fusion Lab staff, I was greeted with a menacing stare from a man I presume to be the chef and the preoccupied order taker who advised me “that avocado tastes good”. It’s your establishment’s duty to list the ingredients in your food, it’s also very presumptuous of you to advise me what tastes good without thinking about what could further disrupt my health. It’s rather telling that you don’t take this seriously when there have been so many highly publicised deaths due to food allergies and intolerances.  I left a very condensed version of this review on your Instagram page sharing my concerns. Rather than discussing this with me, you did the very mature business owner manoeuvre and deleted my comment and blocked me. This leads me to believe that you have received complaints and rather addressing them and putting measures in place to prevent issues, you remove negative reviews. While you may serve tasty food, you are not serious about food intolerance and you are of questionable business character.

Stunning food. Great flavours and friendly staff!
