Took our 2 year old Heidi she absolutely loved it great place nice staff food and drinks are reasonable too , will definitely be back
Absolutely fantastic little place. Prices are just right and the play area is really good. I took a 6yr old and a 6 month old and there was plenty for them to do. We had tea here, the pizza was amazing! The staff were ever so friendly & the girl with purple hair was absolutely amazing with the kids. Thank you for a lovely little afternoon out

Discovered this place while looking for rainy day activities for our kids, entry price is fairly reasonable. It's a little on the small side and there's not many parking spaces.nnThey do serve a range of hot/cold food and drinks, can't comment on the food as we didn't buy any but they do serve costa coffee here which is a plus.nnAll in all, our kids had a great time and we'd probably visit again if we're back in the area
Not really appropriate for children under 5, or taking multiple children for supervision as there are lots of security issues. There is a gap next to the gate at the entrance that children can fit through, so I'm not sure what the point of the locked gate is when kids can get in and out anyway. There are lots of blind spots where you can't see your children, the lighting is very dark in lots of areas of the soft play. Staff had the gate to the kitchen area left wide open. When my friend couldn't see one of her twins and asked the staff if any children had left through the large gap to the entrance was rudely told 'we are not a creche you look after your own children', very poor customer service. Luckily he was just in one of the many blind spots in the soft play.
