Softplay centre. It’s not the smartest but it’s also on the cheaper side too so you get what you pay for. Entry is £1 off peak during term time. They also do party bookings. Wrap up warm if you go in winter though as the heating is minimal.
It was fairly quiet here today but enough children there for my 6 and 3 year old grandchildren to make friends and have a good time. Medium sized play area and typical indoor play area type menu burgers nuggets etc Not particularly cheap at £4 a child but that's for unlimited play and they do deals, especially in term time. The adult menu is reasonably priced
lovely place we attended on a busy Saturday afternoon, met at the front counter by a lovely young lady, who signed our children in and let us through the gate. we found a seat fairly quickly, the tables where been wiped and cleaned as fast as the staff could clean them which you dont mind as you could see how busy it was the center is carpeted and surprisingly clean and not much stains, it doesn't help that some parents allow the children to chuck beans chips and peas on the floor and not pick them up! while we was there the girls had the dustpan and brush out at least 10 times. overall we enjoyed our stay and have booked a party here for December!
The place needs a deep clean. Both of my kids came out really itchy after playing for an hour. Also, the furniture has seen better days due to the sofas being too old. The arm rests are all damaged and the seats feel horrible. Not somewhere you want to take your kids when the seating is so inadequate. Also there were two kids throwing balls for about half an hour through the bit where the sofas are, constantly hitting the parents. None of the staff said anything or bothered to stop them even though the balls were going behind the counter and on the ceiling of the bit next to the counter. All in all, never going there again.
Took my daughter here. Awful. The food was disgusting. The staff were rude and did not make any effort. The tables were disgusting, and the toilets!!!! If you want to sit in someone else's mess, don't want to use toilet paper, then by all means go here. My daughter used to love it, I wouldn't take her again. Not worth it at all. Could be lovely if ran by the right people and not some teenagers that need a Saturday job.
Had our daughters birthday party here. I have to say it was brilliant. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The place has fantastic facilities and is very clean. We found their prices to be very reasonable and all food served to the children was excellent. Thank you.
Booked a party for my son's 5th birthday here. The staff were friendly and everything was well-organised. Food was plentiful with something for everyone and even enough for parents to have a nibble! Kids had a great time with lots of chance to play.
The place is filthy! I took my 6 month old daughter and there was old dried blood all on the mats where i went to sit her down. Another time it was old dried sick! I stopped going for a while due to the staff being unproffesional and it being so dirty! And then they put the prices up, so i decided to try it again in the hope they had sorted themselves out abit. 3 weeks in a row the coffee machine was broke, it was as dirty as ever and the staff are still exactly the same! The tables we full of old plates etc that had been left and the girls were just sitting chatting. Id rather pay £4.50 at another soft play and it be clean with lovely staff then a £1 for a germ whole. Its a shame because its a good size for kids to run around and my daughter does like it there but they just need to give the staff a kick up the backside to do stuff and to really clean the place!
lovely place, staff are well mannered and welcoming. lovely menu very reasonably priced. during busier times it can become very busy but that is expected! had my sons 6th birthday party here was amazing my party host couldn't of been more helpful highly recommended
The play area its self isn't too bad but to say the place is filthy is an understatment. I'm not that fussed if things are not perfectly clean but this place is disgusting. We were the second family in and i found myself picking up rubbish and cleaning up sticky sweets on the way round. The slides were so bad all the kids were getting stuck. When i asked a member of staff if they had anything to polish them her reply was " it's just the slides, they're not very good" The toilets were next level dirty and no toilet paper. Some of the padding on the play frame was so ripped the wood inside was exposed. It's a shame really that nobody seems to care about the various reviews about tge lack of cleaning as the kids enjoy it there.
