We 2 adults & a 17yo had a lovely day with Maxine, Franc and their marvellous Alpacas.  They are a very friendly couple and were very knowledgeable.  There are other larger Alpaca walking places, but I chose Pickney Farm for a far more personal experience and we weren't disappointed.  They clearly love their Alpacas and have put a lot of thought into making a fab visit.  Andy

We stayed here as a couple last month in the smaller bell tent for 2 people and we had a fantastic time! Frank and Maxine were very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed the Alpaca experience followed by stone baked pizza's. Expect chickens to roam about the place freely during the day and a cheeky but equally cute cat called Juno to come over and greet you. The facilities were clean, eco-friendly and well thought out. The compost toilet and shower shack were surprisingly brilliant, so don't let that put you off! Thank you for such a wonderful glamping experience at Pickney farm!

We had an awesome weekend at Pickney Farm. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us, complete with everything we needed for the weekend including 6 eggs from the chickens!, as well as an amazing garden with a wood-fired hot tub. Franc and Max were great hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us some great local recommendations.

Wonderful afternoon, meeting, learning about, feeding and walking Alpacas. Followed by home made pizza cooked in a wood fired oven to order!  Frank and Maxine are knowledgeable, friendly and offer such a personal experience, you can't really fault it. Thanks for a great afternoon!

Just had an amazing evening at Pickney farm Taunton , it was a great experience. Frank and Maxine are so friendly and knowledgeable , there alpacas where amazing and so was there pizza. a brilliant local business and genuine.  thanks guys .

What a wonderful place! So relaxing and tranquil. Maxine and Francis were so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend the alpaca walking and pizza experience!
