Fenton Fun Factory is a bright and airy family run play centre bursting with natural light. We’ve got the ideal venue if you’re looking to meet up with friends, get creative with your kids during our Toddler Morning’s, book your child’s next birthday party or simply relax with a coffee and a magazine in our cafe whilst the little ones play.

It's OK but quite small in my opinion. I was there to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. The main fun area has separate areas one for soft play basketball/netball one for the climbing and slides etc. But, unlike others I've been to I was happy to be able to see the children playing due to the size of the building given it being a little small, I've been to some where we couldn't even see the play area from the seats we were given. The children celebrating the birthday were called for after playing for a while and given their food and cake (Both paid for by party organizer) in a separate little room with music and a screen that projects pictures onto the wall in the theme chosen by the parents. This time cute unicorns etc. The presents for the birthday girl were locked securely in this room while the children played prior to being called in for food. Which I found reassuring not having them lying around in the main room. The food served in addition to the party food, for the adults (not paid for by the party organizer) was reasonably priced and very generous portion sizes. All in all, I wouldn't say absolutely fantastic but I wouldn't say poor either. It's good for what you need for letting your children blow off some steam on a rainy day. I would use this place again.

Excellent facilities for kids generally. We exclusively hired the facility for a party and the service could be better in this case. The place was mostly empty when the teams were arriving but they were absolute in keeping us out till half an hour before the party began. Could have done with more than a two hour slot! However the guy on desk was as helpful as he could be, and as mentioned the play equipment is a hit with the little ones.

Nice and small so the children dont get lost and difficult to find. Prices are very reasonable for this kind of place and meal deals are available. No time limits either. We had a very pleasant afternoon. Would definately visit again.

We had our sons 1st Birthday there and we found Katie to be excellent at looking after our 16 child and 10 adult/parent group. The food was hot when served and we also found everything was very clean from the plates to cutlery. The children loved the fact they could just run around and the very young one's found the freedom of their play area also just as good judging by the smiles.  To summarise excellent staff, very clean safe play area and so big the children had freedom to play and yet as a parent you could see them everywhere.
