Visited today with my Daughter, everything is gated with access at adult height so child are safe! Fresh food available and the play bit is outstanding!! There's something for all ages, the space is clean and tidy. Staff are polite and helpful. Pictures don't do it justice
I love bringing my boys here! The place is always so clean as you constantly see the staff wiping, clearing tables promptly and hoovering. The staff are also super friendly and so helpful. The actual playing facilities are great and it’s massive.nnI also appreciate that the toilets and baby changing room are always clean and smell fresh not like most other play centres which make you feel dirty from just stepping foot into nFab price too!
A lovely place to take your little ones!nnIt was IIRC £4 entry for my 2 year old, for 2 hours. Amazing value for money, considering the size of the play area for him under 4's area. There is also an over 4's area which was MASSIVE, and also a small football pitch, with flyaway balls available to use.nnWill certainly be visiting again soon!
Great staff. It's big enough, always clean. Tables are located where you can watch your little one and enjoy a fantastic meal at the coffee shop.nThe most I like is that the staff are always looking around to clean. I am sure the equipment gets clean every day.
Our first and last time here, when we arrived we weren’t given any information despite it being our first time, we took our baby who can’t yet walk, and wasn’t informed that the baby area is not open at the weekends, but let us pay to get in first! We had to take our baby into the under 4 area where there were bigger children running around, nothing to play with for our baby so all he did was crawl backwards and forwards which he could have done at home for free. I did ask the staff about the baby area and the lady didn’t seem bothered or apologetic, just told me they stopped opening it as the big children kept going in and out. I’ve checked the website and it doesn’t state anywhere that it’s closed at the weekend which is a bit misleading as they advertise the room. Overall disappointed and probably won’t return
