Great shop, good selection of bikes and gear and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re out enjoying your bike. Bought my bike over a year ago and the lads have always looked after me if I’ve had any issues that needed fixing or advice on gear. 

...did I also mention that they build some sick trails in their spare time?

On a long ride and had a mechanical fault coming down into Llanberis so called at the shop for advice where they promptly stripped down my back wheel and fixed the problem and I was on my way again. A big thanks to the guys in the shop for the help and the welcome which made me feel at home and filled me with confidence should ever require repairs or service again. Don't forget to use hot lime :)

The guy at this shop is a complete and utter waste of space we had a broken wheel. We waited outside till he opened at 10 he arrived and said he would fix it after he had done his admin work from the day before. It won't take long I won't charge you much was his words. We waited outside for half hour and on going back in the shop were told he didn't respond well to pressure and asked us not to hang around (we were outside the shop with a bike without a wheel) so two on bikes and one carrying three quarters of a bike we met his wish and cleared off. 11 am my mates had enough and heads off back to get his wheel. Which is nearly fixed when he gets there then is told "yeah it only took a minute". To the guy that owns this shop you are one of the biggest nob heads and the most unhelpful complete and utter wastes of space I have met. You whent above and beyond to do nothing to help us. If you need to go there then do at a final ditch effort. As did I mention he is one of the biggest nob heads ever!
