I have had a very bad experience with Jo the manger. She doesn't have any customer service skills whats so ever. I firstly was served by the young lady and she was so nice and helpful. The manager then jumped in, didn't communicate with her staff to ask her what I wanted neither she asked me, looked at my receipt and rushed to give a refund when I wanted simply swap the perfume my husband gifted me. When I have said this money gone to my husband's card and now I don't have the perfume I needed, she rudely said” tell your husband to buy you another one” and she also tried to accuse me of fraud that I wanted to swap perfume that wasn't paid for with my card, even though I have had a receipt. I am lost for words.

Brought perfume from here and went to return it, the cashier wasn't trained to deal with refunds at all. They asked me to come back 4 days later as that's when someone will be there to authorise refunds! I informed them I had come from Coventry today and was visiting family and my nearest store was Solihull branch which is an hour away from Coventry! Kept me waiting for over an hour in the store and still wasn't able to process a refund. Complete amateurs. Avoid! The cashier kept saying its not her problem. I was shocked. Well whose problem is it? It certainly isn't my problem the cashiers haven't been trained how to do their jobs properly. Will never use again.

I should like to make known my appreciation for the service I was given in the Queensgate Fragrance Shop.  The young lady assistant, Ashleigh, was charming, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.  I am unfortunate in having no sense of smell, but her invaluable help made selecting the gift very easy.  She is a real credit and asset to this shop.

Definitely one of my favourite places to go and purchase any sort of fragrances! staff a very nice and very informative especially when you aren't quite sure what you're looking for stuff can really narrow down what you might need. in the sense of how long the fragrance last, how well it would complement the season you're in, how strong it is, staff altogether very kind very informative and would definitely recommend going.

This offers some great fragrances and gift sets at a much cheaper price then Boots or John Lewis, with some exclusives that you wouldn't find elsewhere. Staff are happy to let you try the perfumes and are good at making recommendations based on your style and taste.

I walk in confused, staff sorts me out with good advice... Magically I walk out smelling like I have millions to my name.  Bless you guys, u rock
