There are lots of great savings to be had, a good amount of bulk items too and my go-to when stocking up the freezer..nnBest party platters and stocks the mayflower curry powder.nnOh, it's also the home of the TGI Friday range.
Terrible inconsistent customer seveice! from the same retail workernI haven't been ID for alcohol once, out of the many times I have brought from the food warehouse. Now I've been ID for filters a couple of times, refused service because my older brother doesn't have ID. Absolutely stupid. Considering I'm 30 and have ID. His reason is because he's with me. Makes no sense as anyone in that shop could potentially be with me. you going to ID the customer behind me. They could be with me potentially will be getting his name tomorrow and talk to manager as his logic for ID is stupid. Will not shop at your store again. Will be telling friends and family to avoid and not shop at Iceland-the food warehouse sell alcohol with no ID needed. but to buy cigarette papers and filters you need ID..... Makes sense
Always shop here, especially on a Tuesday as it's 10% off day for Senior Citizens. Don't forget proof of identity Bus Pass/Driving Licence
Good arrange of food and offers but the staff let it down not very helpful. Ask a staff member if they had certain product and was told if its not there no. No offer to check no smile felt like I was putting them out. Went to the till . I'm disabled and the cashier never once asked if I need help packing.
Great selection of frozen and fresh foods. Plus huge slimming world range!
