As a newly married couple, we cannot express enough gratitude to David and his exceptional team at The Flower Pot Pontyclun for their outstanding work in producing and arranging the most breathtaking floral displays at our wedding on the 29th April 2023. Being regular customers of The Flower Pot, we knew we could trust David's expertise when it came to our special day. From the very first consultation, it was evident that David's knowledge of flowers was unparalleled, and his ability to create a package that perfectly tied our wedding theme together was truly remarkable. The list of pieces we ordered was extensive, and each one was executed flawlessly. The Shower Bridal Bouquet was an absolute showstopper, featuring a stunning combination of white and nude pink Roses, Spray roses, Gyp, Thistle, Astilbe, Lissianthus, and Eucalyptus populus. The colours, including white, green, and pale nude pink shades, complemented our wedding theme beautifully. The Bridesmaid's bouquets, designed in posy style, matched the bridal bouquet impeccably, showcasing the same colours and flower content. The Flower Pot even created adorable Flower Crowns for our Flower Girls, incorporating similar colours to the bridal bouquet. The Buttonholes were meticulously crafted with blush Roses, white gyp detailing, and tasteful greenery. They added a touch of elegance to our wedding attire and were highly admired by our guests. For our Top Table, The Flower Pot created a captivating long and low display. The foliage garland that ran across the front of the table added a natural and enchanting touch, creating a focal point that everyone admired. The Table Centrepieces, supplied by The Flower Pot, were simply exquisite. With an abundance of Populus Eucalyptus, they beautifully adorned each of the nine tables, enhancing the overall ambiance of our reception. Finally, The beautiful Thank You Bouquet that made the bride’s mother feel very special. The Flower Pot Pontyclun surpassed our expectations in every way possible. Vicky and the staff at The Flower Pot were terrific for our wedding! She was on time, professional, full of energy and made choosing our wedding flowers so much fun! They did an amazing job with setting everything up and made the whole process easy and stress-free for both of us which we truly appreciate as we are from the US and got married in the UK. The flowers and the arrangements were gorgeous, and we would absolutely recommend this florist to anyone for any event!
I’ve ordered from the flower pot a few times and every time I’ve been really happy with the bouquet. Especially how long they last. Their prices start at £25 Would highly recommend. Their customer service is exceptional. They even stayed open for me when I was stuck in traffic.
Ordered flowers a few hours before Mother's Day begun. Was up in the early hours the night before as my original plan went wrong. Flowers were delivered on Mother's Day early in the morning, despite the short notice period only a few hours. Mother very pleased with the quality of the flowers. Can't thank you enough for an excellent service particularly at such short notice. Will definitely be using you again!

Bought flowers for my mother's 84th birthday.i was not happy with the standard of them. Informed the shop and they promised to send a replacement out. I have to say they are true to their word. Just recieved a outstanding bunch of flowers well done thank you
I ordered some flowers from the Flower Pot in Pontyclun for my best friend who lives close by, I live in London now. The flowers got to her in 24 hours and she absolutely loved them, she sent me photos and they are exactly what they looked like online, I couldn’t be happier with the service. I also like that the card was hand written which was a nice touch that I couldn’t give in such a short space of time. Thank you to those the Flower Pot!
The flowers arrived on the 23rd February, my birthday There was a few small flowers past their best but there was a lot of buds. The reason why I'm a little disappointed is that the buds have died before they opened. The lily had 6 buds 3 have now opened and 3 haven't but it's now 6th March and the rest of the bouquet have died.

I made an online order and paid an additional 10 Pounds for a vase, which did not arrive with the flowers. I tried calling, left voicemails and no response was given. I am very disappointed! However, I am mostly frustrated at the fact that no one at this business thought that returning my calls, or rectifying the problem was worth the effort. Buyer beware!
