Using The Flower Story for our wedding flowers was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Lizzie perfectly visualised and created something I struggled to articulate, and I couldn’t have been happier with how they came out. I had so many compliments on the arrangements and the beautiful elegant colour palette, and the brief of ‘wild but not too wild’ was perfectly pitched. We had a couple of meetings where we ran through everything step by step, and Lizzie showed me photos, flowers and ideas to help create the perfect palette. We were able to reuse these for a family lunch the next day and they were all still blooming beautifully. Lizzie also worked really closely with my cake supplier to ensure that the flowers ran through the day as a consistent theme. Thank you again Lizzie for being a lovely part of our special day x
We couldn't recommend Lizzy @ The Flower Story enough. She was amazing in the collaboration and helped us bring our ideas into reality. Even asking what food we were having which could effect the flower table settings! Lizzy was amazing from beginning to end. We were planning our UK wedding from abroad so we didn't have a lot of opportunities to meet in person. She met with us at very short notice and from then on everything went so smoothly. We didn't have very specific ideas but Lizzy knew what we wanted before we did. We had a family party the day after the ceremony and it was no issue to hold on to the vases for a few extra days, the flowers looked sensational at both parties. Lizzy did the flowers for our September wedding and they were fabulous. Her entire service, from start to finish was brilliant. We don't really know anything about flowers but Lizzy guided us through everything so that we ended up with flowers that were perfect for us and our day. My bouquet was so beautiful that I nearly began crying when I saw it! My husband went for a pocket square floral arrangement instead of a traditional buttonhole, which was so gorgeous and interesting to look at. I honestly couldn't fault a single thing, everything was perfect.

Where to start ... I spent a long time searching for the right florist for our wedding. With my Mum being an avid gardener, it was also super important to her too. So when we came across Lizzy and The Flower Story we knew we’d found everything we were looking for. Lizzy was incredible from the start - seamless communication, friendly and approachable, and willing to share her amazing ideas whilst listening and understanding our preferences. We didn’t have a dominant theme or colour scheme for our wedding - we just wanted the flowers to be natural, vibrant and colourful. And my goodness Lizzy delivered. Her flowers simply brought the barn to life and were more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. She even took on a slightly quirky request of preparing a flower arrangement using our hiking boots and it was incredible ! Lizzy, thank you so so much to you and the team for all your creative awesomeness and hard work. The flowers were perfection We cannot recommend The Flower Story highly enough!
Could not recommend Lizzy more - I didn't have a really clear idea of what I wanted for our wedding, and she helped to guide us and took our scrappy thoughts and turned them into something so beautiful, natural and wonderful.
