My first time ordering from Saffron flowers, I ordered online, a Christmas floral arrangement. So pleased with my purchase. I will most definitely be using again. My friend kindly sent a photo of her georgeous flowers, along with these words "Carole you really are too kind!! What a beautiful surprise to get my gorgeous flowers! I grew up in Saffron Walden and in fact my first "Saturday job" was at this very shop back in the '70's when the Welch brothers owned it. I now live in Canada and called directly to order some flowers for the church as my Mum' funeral is later this week and I am unable to attend. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, kind and understanding, she allowed me to order what I wanted and will deliver them for me to the church. Highly recommend this lovely store. Thank you

I'd just want to say how happy I was with the experience of ordering a funeral tribute for my father at The Flower Shop. It was a very busy Christmas week when we dropped in to discuss our requirements, the staff could not have been more helpful or thoughtful. We were not rushed, they explained our options and reassured us about delivery etc. Flowers on the day were perfect, exactly as we wanted. We are extremely happy and would recommend The Flower Shop. I live in America and I prefer to send flowers from The Flower Shop, rather than the convenience of sending them through Interflora or even Amazon which I use a lot, because the flowers are always in good condition and last well. Also, they will tailor the order to how much you can spend and your chosen colour scheme, and discuss delivery times with you. Even though there is no way of ordering online and I have to phone early in the morning in my time zone, it is still worth it for the service, flexibility and reliable quality. Highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic, quick and polite service. Called last minute on the day I needed flowers to be delivered, during covid lockdown on reduced opening hours. Staff were polite, helpful, supportive and friendly. Lovely flowers delivered a few hours later, absolutely fantastic service thank you. Highly recommended.
