We were so pleased with the floral tribute for my mother in laws funeral. I rang the day before to check all was in place as we had ordered the flowers 2 weeks previously and I had been let down on a previous occasion by another florist. The lady was very reassuring. They were helpful and made suggestions for flowers as some were not in season and also for the design. They completed the card too as we were not local and had to rely on them. They looked beautiful and good value for money.

absolutely disgusting service from the manager. their driver admitted she thought she had hit something when reversing out of our driveway but is now claiming no responsibility for the cost of the damage. now I'm left with a repair cost. yeah thanks.
