Positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the 9am requested delivery was 45 mins late, so I collected from the shop directly. I was then refused reimbursement for my delivery charge of £6. The flower arrangement purchased was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. Shame really, as I do like to use local florists, however the lack of customer care here has put me off of returning.

We used the flower shop hythe for our wedding at Hayne House in Sept and was greatly impressed with the creativity and imagination in creating our flowers for our special day. Thank you, I know I wasn't an easy was customer. But thank you for being part of making our day so special. X

Very dissatisfied! They were not worth half the price paid. Owner very unhelpfull when I called to complain! Would not recommend them.

I absolutely love The Flower Shop in Hythe and would recommend to everyone looking for the best experience! The shop itself is charming full of fragrant flowers, cute ornaments and garden pieces. I had purchased flowers and as gifts previously as Rebecca is a genius, she always creates the most gorgeous bouquets so then when it came to my wedding there wasn't anywhere else I would have even considered. When we popped into the shop, myself and my husband had an idea of what we wanted in our heads but had no idea how to explain it. Rebecca was fab, we described the style of our wedding then just put our complete faith in her – ‘To do what she would want’ and we were not disappointed. Beautiful and elegant arrangements in jam jars for the centre pieces and the bouquets were stunning with a 'Freshly picked from an English garden look' that was exactly in keeping with our garden countryside wedding. Every single last detail from the bouquets to the button holes was simply exquisite and even more perfect then we could imagined - we were totally over the moon! Very happy and faithful customers Mr & Mrs Clinch!!! :)
