As employee of the Flower Fairie I am pleased to say that the bad rewiews that have been placed on this site have had no effect on the business at all.  They are a sad attempt to sabotage the success of the shop. However, the good news is there may about to be changes to the law that mean sites such as these will be able to identify the authors of the reviews so we can take legal action against them. Absolutely gorgeous flowers,recently ordered over the phone and when they were delivered they were beautiful,so fresh and made the whole room smell great.over a week has past and they are still as fresh as when delivered.exceptional service.

I have had 2 lots of Mothers day flowers and some funeral flowers and all have turned out lovely. The flowers have lasted well. Staff are friendly. It is the only place I would go in Gornal village.

Really excellent; I called up about half past 1 in the afternoon and the lady I spoke to was able to arrange delivery for the same day. The flowers were a really good price and a fantastic quality.

A friend ordered flowers & got grass cuttings.for a funeral aswell!!..Disgusting email recieved when they complained..customer was told its their fault for not 'researching' flowers & they shouldnt have chosen the 'cheaper flowers', OMG. Please STAY AWAY from this shop
