Story

The Flower Box is a family run business established in 1975 by husband and wife team Christine and Stephen. They are helped in the day to day running of the business by there son Simon and team of thirteen staff.

Stephen is a registered buyer on the auctions in Holland which enables them to only purchase the highest quality of blooms from Holland and around the World.

Whatever the Occasion our team are always on hand to taylor make the perfect gift for your needs . Our speciality is Wedding flowers which Christine herself coordinates from our shop in Guisborough where in the 36 years of trading she has help make over 2000 couples days perfect.

Christine and Stephens Son Simon is in charge of the companys wholesale wing based on Ellerbeck Court in Stokesley where he supplies Flowers plants and sundries to lots of local Florists.

Received a bouquet for Valentines Day, unfortunately nothing like they used to be and certainly not worth the cost. Filled out with greenary and the roses were already in full bloom and slightly brown on the petals. Don't think they will have a long life span. Disappointing.

Ordered them just after 9am this morning for for my sisters birthday and they arrived before noon!  My sister is chuffed to bits with them and they look beautiful in the photo she sent to me.

No email address provided on website so contacted through 'contact us' page. Took days for a reply to which they responded saying please send pictures. I did so immediatly and 2 weeks later I received an email saying my mail had gone into spam folder... seriously this is not how to treat potential customers. Poor customer service and a loss of substantial wedding flower order.

I sent this to my in laws house as a surprise and they absolutely loved it. The flowers are not boxed up thankfully! A lovely delivery persons will knock at the door and deliver to lucky recipient. Will deffo be using this company again.

I was very kindly assisted by Ruth when ordering over the phone from Dubai for next day delivery of a bouquet. She made it a  very simple and efficient service.

Very good company...ordered flowers at 11.30am and were delivered by 14.00pm.. fast and quality looking flowers.

Very pleasant staff, helpful too. My choice of flowers was no problem, wrote down exactly what I asked for.
