I'm not sure that I know enough words to show how amazing Sallyanne and her whole team at The Flower Basin truly are. I first went into The Flower Basin about 6 or 7 months ago, with a HUGE (!!) order of flowers for our Summer wedding. Straight away I could tell how passionate they all were about their jobs and how personally invested they were in making sure that their customers were each individually happy with their service. 
In the build up to our wedding, I spent a lot of time in the beautiful shop, going over everything, adding to our order, seeing mock-ups of what the real things would look like, discussing all the different possibilities, showing them pictures of the sorts of things we wanted, being super difficult and very opinionated, and also showing that I really have no idea about the technicalities of floristry, and not once did I ever feel unwelcome, or in the way! All the staff were always so willing and generous with their time, and no job ever seemed to big for them. Their ideas and suggestions were so creative and inspiring, and they really helped to bring my ideas to life. 
I can safely say that I have never met a team that are so dedicated and passionate about their job, totally committed to getting it absolutely perfect, and I know so well that our order took up so much of their time and effort as I wasn't exactly a simple customer(!), yet the work they did and their creations were absolutely outstanding. They worked so hard through the night before the wedding to get everything absolutely perfect and it paid off completely. I have never seen flowers so beautiful as those created by The Flower Basin and I have had so many compliments, both on the day and am still getting them now, almost 2 weeks later, about how beautiful they were. 
I know for a fact that Sallyanne, and her whole team at the Flower Basin have added a really personal and perfect touch to our wedding day that we will never forget. The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen, and such a personal, committed, flexible, accommodating and friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful shop to anyone looking for a florist.

Earlier this month I rang Sallyanne in a panic from Paris as I had just a few days to organise flowers for a funeral in Melton. Not knowing any other flower shops there and being unable to visit personally, I chose The Flower Basin because of the other reviews, and was certainly not disappointed. 

Despite being busy with a wedding (it was Saturday late pm) Sallyanne was patient, understanding and very helpful. She answered all my questions and described the various offerings from which I could choose, all at very reasonable prices. She and her team were super efficient, delivering a beautiful, freshly picked posy early in the morning in time for the funeral. Although I was unable to attend personally, the feedback I had was that the flowers were perfect. I was so grateful for her professionalism and friendly approach, and would recommend her and her team unreservedly.
