I can't not fault Joanne in anyways, she is such an amazing lady, I had a payment plan in motion with her, and then my little girl took really ill. I was due my flowers to be paid by feb. But took il April,  she was so understanding. I have not meant a business lady who has a kind heart like hers. I first discovered floral touch uk online. After browsing the website for a long time, looking for my bridal flowers, I came across floral touch and decided to have a look at their website. I am so glad I did. From the very first contact with Joanne, she was so helpful and kind taking time to answer all my questions (there were alot!!) And offered suggestions. This was very much appreciated. All through the process of my flowers being made to the final product, I was kept informed if how things were progressing and sent photo's of my bouquets. The payment process was so easy and simple and delivery was so much quicker than expected, again during which I was kept informed from the minute they were booked for delivery. I was so happy and excited when I recieved my flowers, they were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. :-) they are perfect!! And I will have some beautiful keepsakes from my wedding day. I cannot thank Joanne and the floral touch team enough for everything they have done!
