A warm welcome and excellent service, along with delicious food and an outstanding atmosphere both inside and outside the pub. nWhat more could you ask for? Perhaps a slightly larger selection of beers would be nice, but it's not enough of an issue to warrant removing a star. nThank you for the wonderful hospitality and care during my visit to Otley!
Very nice spot for really tasty food. We had to wait a while as hadn’t booked, so recommend doing so as it is popular. Also there was a slight wait at the bar as not many staff on but the staff were really nice. The food was excellent, nicely cooked meats and tasty. Got the cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets which were both nice additions and big portions. Looks like a great outdoor area at the back overlooking the river
The food was superb.nService was very pleasant.nLocation is a paradox... It looks nothing from the front, but the rear has gardens running down to the river. The dining room has large windows which afford a pleasant view.n£105 for four people including drinks and a couple of desserts was good value.nOur visit was late lunch & the place was not busy.nParking is limited and the car park is rather steep.nWould recommend a visit.
Lovely pub on the edge of town, that is deceptively plain from the front. Once inside, there's plenty of seating and floorspace, leading to tables overlooking the garden and river. Good selection of beers and a friendly landlady. Delicious food and a good choice on the menu. Small car park to the rear.
Great pub with a pleasant atmosphere. The meals are excellent & generous. The staff were attentive & friendly. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. We've been here on a number of occasions & the food has always exceeded our expectations.
