I have been seeing Dr. Melissa Fitzgerald for over two years now for differing aspects of facial rejuvenation which have included Sculptra, Botox and Dermal Fillers. Her level of knowledge is exceptional and I trust her implicitly to give the correct advice and treatment options for the concerns I have in trying to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing appearance .  I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her should you be considering any rejuvenation treatments .

This is the second time I have had Restylane in the lines between my nose and mouth and to the side of my chin.  The first time was June last year, I was thrilled with the results.  I have had a repeat of this procedure and am again delighted. Last time I had a large bruise on the left side of my chin and this time I have three, one large one on the right hand side of my chin and two smaller ones each side of my mouth, but I am on medication which causes easy bruising.  This time I did feel the injections a tiny bit but nothing I couldn't cope with.  I actually saw Dr Fitzgerald before Christmas to see if I needed a top up, but at that time she told me to 'save my money!', so you can see she has a brilliant 'client attitude' and is not just after your money!  I would recommend it to anyone, I am 69 years old and people always tell me I look far younger, but obviously I keep my own secrets!!

I am a 54 year old lady who had developed a deep line on my forehead after many years of frowning onto sun-exposed skin.  Because of the severity of the line, my expectations were not high but Dr Melissa was very positive from the outset. Whilst some practitioners may have gone all out to try and fill this deep line as quickly as possible - Melissa took a stage by stage approach of Botox and Filler and at each stage I could see an improvement. The result now is remarkable and I cannot praise Melissa's expertise enough.  She is flexible in her approach and always easy to contact with any worries.  The procedure was relatively painless (I'm not going to lie - these are needles after all) but any pain was short lived and so worth it.  I would recommend Melissa's expertise unreservedly.

cant recommend highly enough, Mellissa explained things beautifully, told me what would work best for me personally despite this being the less expensive option, and the treatment has improved my self esteem and confidence no end. Also worth noting is the fact that cleanliness was spot on. I am vry impressed
