The most helpful people and place I have come to know when it comes to fish. Don't push products or services at you.  Just tell you like it is. Fish is still going strong after 2 years.  PAH one died at 6 weeks!

I would say that the few negative reviewers on here who say they feel like they're treated like morons probably are having witnessed them in store myself while browsing. A great local shop that beats generic shops like Pets at Home on both price and expert advice. You'll miss it when its gone.

First time visiting here was amazing and since then it's been down hill. All the staff are rude and talk down to you. Any fish I selected was told they can't go into my own fish tank Considering I have a 200 litre tank at the moment as in a few years they will get too big however, one it's my choice what I want to buy and second how do you know I don't have a bigger tank?. The female that works in there huffs and puffs at you if you select more than 2 fish, always feel pressured and feel like we have to brief each other before entering. After not returning for a few months though I'd pop in to get some more fish (only ones to sell that fish near me) and remembered why I don't go in there. I'd recommend taking an extra 30 minutes drive down to swallow aquatics in Rayleigh. (It's worth it) Don't know how they are still in business, if you don't like your job just get a new one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
