Went to the fish bowl to ask about back drops for my sons new vivarium and bearded lizard we were assisted by a very knowledgeable chap who was very helpful although we didn't purchase any products but come away with some great ideas. Thank you

Very helpful staff, they are perfosinal, Good quality live stock. Very clean. Always go there to buy fish the man and the woman are really helpful highly recommend this shop.

The staff here are Wonderful.  This is the only place I will get my snakes mice from, the prices are great and they have a great selection of sizes in. I like to swap between two sizes, just depending on how the season is effecting my snakes appetite. You can also buy them is different quantities, so I can buy a single mouse at a time, or I can stock up with the packs around 10 per pack. Highly recommended for all the pet things they sell aswell, not just the reptile supplies.

Contacted the store late one evening a couple of weeks ago. I was in a panic as I was isolating after a positive covid test, had no live food for my much loved leo Ruby. Online order hadn't arrived and she was starting to flag a little. They dealt extremely well with a stressed out me and I had live food the next day.  Can't thank them enough! They saved my sanity and Ruby.  Thank you so much you guys are amazing!  Danny + Ruby.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They look after the animals and make sure cages are big enough, diets are good etc. I'd choose this place for rodents and small mammals over P**ts at H*me every time. Helped me with all the first time setup, food, bedding, toys etc. My 2 pet rats never bite, and they always run to the cage doors when I walk in.
