I thought it was fabulous. Great staff, they were friendly and up for a laugh . The cheese and bacon burger was great. The atmosphere is relaxing. Will definitely go back.Food: 5/5
Ordered a toasted sandwich for my niece as she had work to go to. Waited over half an hour and enquired. Was told they forgot to switch the sandwich toaster on. Finally got the toasted sandwich and it was warm bread with cold chips. Absolutely awful. My friend and myself got our meals but we're given no cutlery. Food was edible but that's about it. Prices very high for what you get. Low quality food and bad service. Wouldn't recommend.
Came in for food with the family, was served by Emma S who greeted us with nothing but great banter and laughs, made us feel super welcomed and set the tone immediately. The food was brilliant and could see how bright and bubbly all the staff were. Definitely coming back!
Nice pub with typical pub grub, done well. Annalise served us and she helped with food choices as wee weren’t sure what to order. Thanks Annalise, I loved the spicy chicken burger - good decision! Would return again due to the good food and friendly service.Food: 5/5
Me and my friend went to 1st edition for something to eat and a drink. We had a great time, the food was delicious and was economical, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Linda who went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely recommend it.
Visited today and wanted to share my thoughts on this awesome pub. The cocktails are really nice especially the gum-ball sharer which comes with sweets to share, and the beer garden is fantastic- great little sun trap! Highly recommend checking it out!Food: 5/5
Brilliant visit to First Edition, was served by big Rob behind the bar who was very friendly and provided great service with a smile, Ordered lovely main meals which arrived quickly and we're hot and delicious. Watching the golf and football on the big TVs was a great bonus to enjoy with some drinks. Will definitely be back soon.
Popped down for lunch with my dad, ordered through my pub app. Wonderfully greeted with Kay and our food. Asking if we need anything else and to enjoy our meal. My fav pub, great staff and great serviceFood: 4/5
Was at first edition, staff was lovely and friendly especially Emma and Hazel behind the bar. Me and my friend ordered a meal and it was made quickly and the food came out very hot. Great service and will definitely be back again, amazing experience.Food: 5/5
Been in to first edition a few times now and always impressed by the fast and friendly service. Food came out piping hot and tastes great, definitely my favourite place for a bite to eat. The drinks are also great, with excellent prices and selection to offer. Lovely venue for any occasion. All staff are so lovely and always have a smile on their faces xx
