Will never go or recommend the place to anyone. I bought a fire years ago and had nothing but trouble with it, but years later I returned, as I thought it may have improved. I didn’t have a lot of money and was looking for gas inset fire. The trainee manager assisted me and pointed out an offer for a gas fire, he said it was normal £1199 but as it was Easter there was 10% discount on most fires. I liked the fire but he said if I wanted black interior it would cost another £100 more which would take the total to 1169.10 with the special Easter discount.He said if I wanted the black frame it would be even more expensive. I said I would like to go ahead with fire and also fitting. He asked me to go and take photos of the chimney and email him the pictures. Last Thursday afternoon I emailed the pictures and even phoned the place to say I had done this. One week later I have not even had a reply to my email or even a phone call. I began to look for fire from other places as I had no communication, and a small fireplace shop near by has it in stock for just over £800 with the black interior and black frame and remote control. I was shocked as this was so much cheaper than what fireplace warehouse was offering even after the discount.. I can get the same fire nearly £400 cheaper and I have even looked on other websites and the fire is selling a lot cheaper than fireplace warehouse. You can even choose black interior and the price does not increase from other places. Will not recommend this place again, terrible customer service and extortionate prices. I actually saved a lot of money with the trainee manager not responding to me as it made me look else where. Will not recommend Burnley Fireplace Warehouse. Just responding to the reply, I did not receive an email and yes of course I looked through my junk mail. Price match was never even mentioned.you also had my mobile number as well.

Great place some fabulous fireplaces, some information can be incorrect so check, but a lovely well laid out showroom

This has been We first came and ordered a fireplace and a flueless gas fire. A few days later after get told that the surround doesn't go with that and you can't have it. We even asked the workers in the shop if this surround can go with the flueless gas fire. After all this we had to go back in and choose something else. We had to pick something else 2 weeks ago. We rang in the morning asking them that we want to pick it up today. We got told that yes come in so we took our van to collect it and went yo the warehouse and it was closed. Rang back and asked they said come on Monday ! It's really annoying and I don't think I would ever be coming back here or recommending this to anyone. On here you have to give 1 star but I would give it a minus To add to this the customer service is very poor.

Really helpful gentleman Steve wasn't pushing us at all . Very satisfied n would definitely recommend

Really nice friendly staff , good range of products , saw some really nice nice log burners so nice we bought one
