I was sceptical of using these as I had read the bad reviews but I prefer to use local companies and thought I would give them a chance. I got a quote which I was happy with and the guys turned up on time, did a fantastic job and took away my old fire and all the packaging that came with the new one. I have no hesitation in recommending The Fire Place.

I was the 3rd member of my family to have a fire installed by this company and just like the installations done for my family members this was also a faultless job. I would definately ignore the bad reviews as i highly recommend this firm

Go elsewhere.I wanted one fitting , paid over 1500 deposit...given a date for fitting..1st time ..cant come, snow on roof...2nd Time..we are a bit behind due to weather..3rd time...oh our fitters back has gone hes on the sick...Id wasted three holiday days waiting for them to come..complete waste of time...best thing was getting my money back and going elsewhere.
