We decided to have lunch at this spot today, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! Our order included the Egg Royale, the Vietnamese caramelized beef with noodles from their specials menu, and a cheese croissant for the little one not shown below, accompanied by two cappuccinos—one with regular milk and the other with oat milk. The order arrived in less than 10 minutes, which is really impressive.nnThe food was beyond delicious, with every dish cooked and seasoned to perfection. I couldn't find a single fault. The staff were really friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall dining experience. Moreover, the prices were very reasonable considering the exceptional quality of the food served. This spot is truly a gem that should not be overlooked.
Fat Gherkin wasn't my intended choice for lunch, but it worked out so well. I had the eggs royale and it was perfect, a good amount of food well presented with the eggs cooked very well. Service was pleasant, attentive, and didn't have to wait too long for my brunch. The decor is neutral, spacious, and very pleasant. There's a great selection of cakes too... much better than Fine across the road. Prices are pitched correctly. FG may be my number one eatery in this area now

Came here for breakfast, service for warm food took almost half an hour and when it finally arrived was overcooked. My partner ordered the eggs Benedict and the yolk of the poached eggs was overcooked and like rubber. My fried egg was only slightly runny and the bacon was as dry as cardboard. Atmosphere is very noisy and poor experience in general. Staff are friendly which is only real positive about this establishment.
