Receptionist is the nicest man in the whole world. Always polite and trying his best to squeeze an appointment for you. I'm more than happy with my GP, I always get help when I need for myself and my family.
I have had a back operation. Every time I call no appointments and if we get a cancellation will call you won’t tell you they won’t call you if there is no cancellation just sit and suffer in pain.. covid is over yet pulling that line.. if I don’t get a call today I am going to do what I have to do to get this place reported for negligence.. rude and seems like uneducated staff.. not helpful at all.. been waiting for a appointment over 10mins g every time I call call back I. The morning.. I HAVE HAD A BACK OPERATION AND FIND IT HAD TO EVEN G3T OUT OFF BED! 0 stars for being empathetic and helpful

Absolutely shocking service! One particular receptionist is one of the most rude, disrespectful and almost certainly racist people I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. Never ever gets appointments correct, speaks to you like you're dirt on his shoe, can never correct his mistakes. Never seems to be a doctor there EVER! When someone takes their own life because they can't get the help they need, may god of have mercy on them! Disgusting
Very very bad and rubbish surgery no answer any time I have so long time here registers more then 5 years But last time when I little sick and field pain by my chest 7 month i contract with doctors but no one help say go to hospital In one time when I come to appointments doctors check my chest and says take medicine for sleep. What are the doctors don’t know I have chest pain and he give my medicine for that i sleep. I now urgently change this surgery another I think that i going to death from here. And very bad staff on the phone every time angry and bad answers .want no response if need help. Bad bad and very bad surgery and staff.

You’ve got more chance getting an appointment with the queen than with a doctor here. And if Susan mayden makes any decisions on your treatment, good luck catching her, if she’s not on holiday she’s off Ill. If I could give zero stars I would, this is the worse doctors I’ve EVER been a patient of. Stay away
Very happy with the care provided. Receptionists are very helpful and kind. Doctors are absolutely amazing. You don't get rushed out of the door, they take time to listen a patient and assess/ treat accordingly. I strongly recommend this practice.
This is an updated review to my previous 1 star review which I can't remember the password for to edit!! I feel like over the last couple of months the practice has massively improved. Firstly the man who is on reception most of the time is lovely to deal with face to face and on the phone the lady still needs to work on her people skills - hence 4 stars not 5! The introduction of the app has made making non urgent appointments much easier. Today I saw Camilla who I think was training and she was amazing, everything was checked by Dr Yousaf who is also brilliant. They were very thorough and efficient. A couple of months ago when there were no appointments available they made me an appointment with the nurse instead and she was great too.
Terrible front desk staff, pretty much always rude, I ordered a repeat prescription and when I collected it I had been given something that I've never actually had before. Nurse could be more compassionate. The doctors themselves are lovely if you ever actually manage to get an appointment to see one.
