Welcome to the Family Dental Practice. Currently registering new NHS patients!

Story

We are a NHS practice providing all aspects of NHS dentistry for both adults and children. We also provide private treatments including tooth whitening and tooth straightening using the Quick Straight Teeth system.

We are currently taking on new patients and where possible provide a same day emergency appointment service.

Have visited this practice for several years and I am always made to feel welcome by the friendly professional staff with a high level of care provided. Attended today for an appointment with Patrick, who immediately put me at ease and took time to explain my treatment in detail. Would not hesitate to recommend.
We’ve been with this practice for a couple of years now, everyone is really professional and also friendly, we always get in on time for our check ups which are very thorough. Richard is lovely and makes you feel as if you’ve known him years. Angela and the team do a great job, wish we had found this practice earlier.
This has been my regular dentist for a long time. I have always been able to get help when needed, the receptionists are so helpful and friendly. I saw Richard today for the first time as usual dentist has left, felt at ease immediately and knew he was giving me his honest professional advice. Would certainly recommend without a doubt.
All the staff here are very friendly and put you at ease. I’ve been a patient here for many, many years, however the service received the last two appointments has been second to none. Richard my new Dentist was brilliant, and today I was seen by Josh, Dental Hygienist who has done an excellent job! I’ve been extremely impressed with the care and treatment here. People are sometimes quick enough to complain and not to praise, hence this review. Thank you !
I have been going to the surgery for around ten years now maybe longer and I have never had any problems with them. The appointments are quick and all the staff are always professional and courteous no matter what the circumstances. They're so good that even though I no longer live in the area I'm still on their books :
Absolutely lovely practice, very friendly reception staff ,nurses and dentists! What a great time. I saw Richard for some private cosmetic treatment- I genuinely cannot be happier he was very patient, attentive, friendly and his attention to detail is perfect! I am so happy thank you all again!
I went in as an emergency I couldn’t fault The team I was very nervous, Patrick and the dental nurse Were superb. Thank you so much for seeing me so fast and making my experience a very positive one
In absolute agony Called up today 5th December after 2 days of severe toothache to be told mmm your abit late call up tomorrow morning at 8am. Called in after work for advice to shrugged shoulders and take a paracetamol or a ibuprofen. Went to hospital who rang there dental hospital at rvi to be emergency seen.
My experience in this practice with Rebecca was rubbish, highly unprofessional no sympathy she don't want listen you. She broke my teeth they didn't removed as needed, referred to hospital and waiting from home for unknown days, with damaged gum pain & bleeding,when I ask if there any emergency possibilities, they have said "you have to leave the house" Never expirenced like this in any clinic. So I don't recommend anyone here.
Have been with this dentist for a few years now, but have visited more often of late due to a very problematic tooth. The dentist Magdalena was lovely and kept me at ease the whole time and also explained exactly what she was doing while doing the work. Whole team are great, would recommend
